Manager collects only the minimal data necessary to operate:
- Server & channel IDs — to store configuration, moderation, and routing settings.
- User IDs — to identify users for moderation, permissions, and command context. No personal information is stored.
- Temporary command/log records — short-term logs for debugging, abuse prevention, and reliability (retained briefly).
2. How Data Is Used
Data is used only to provide bot functionality: apply server settings, enforce moderation rules, and troubleshoot issues. It is not sold or shared for marketing purposes.
3. Data Retention
Temporary logs are kept for a short period (typically ~30 days) to allow for debugging and abuse investigation. Server configuration persists until removal or reset by a server admin.
4. Data Removal
Server owners or admins can request data removal. Verified requests will be processed in a reasonable timeframe — contact the developer (details below) to start a removal.
5. Security
Manager uses secure hosting and standard practices to protect stored data and bot credentials. Sensitive keys and tokens are stored in environment variables and not in client-side code.
